Further he had acted as retainer for various NBFC’s especially with respect to Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters. Moreover, right from the initiation of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016, he is actively involved not only as the practicing advocate but have also assisted various Insolvency Professionals in the corporate insolvency resolution process.
