• Verifying the claims received and filing and preparation of the report certifying Constitution of Committee of Creditors
• Preparation of various forms under IBC 2016 and letters to banks and statutory Authorities intimating the commencement of insolvency/liquidation process
• Filing and preparation of Progress Reports before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal
• Drafting notice and agenda, attending and preparing the minutes of the meeting of the Committee of Creditors
• Inspecting the registered offices and other business places of the Corporate Debtor and Conducting inquiries with promoters, directors and employees and preparing Observation report and presenting it in the meeting of the Committee of Creditors
• Preparing various disclosures required by IBBI and ICSI
• Drafting of dissolution petition and final report of the company under Voluntary Liquidation
• Assisting the Insolvency Professionals for registration on the Information Utility portal
• Drafting of petitions under the IBC 2016
